The anticipation surrounding AMD's upcoming Socket AM2 platform is amazing to witness. On the one hand, there is hardly a secret about it that had not been discovered months ahead of the product launch, so there is discussion of it all over the place. On the other hand, the enthusiast crowds are eager for the new platform, which will be associated with important changes in the PC world; these include the introduction of Microsoft's Vista operating system and AMD's first quad core processors. However, AM2 has not been about being better or faster until lately.

Well atm MS are ahead, tho ninty are catching up.

PS3 needs some killer titles for us to take a proper look: the 360 had no decent games at launch either

MS are ahead by #s, but like the article says i believe Wii will be ahead by Christmas this year. I give PS3 by Christmas too, and if titles still blow then im gonna have to fully agree with what was said.

You cant really compare launch titles to the new games of the 360 :(

I still hope Killzone 2 looks as good as the supposedly gameplay video :yumyum:

The trailer although rendered on the actual hardware was only rendered at 5 FPS which means they need to speed it up by a factor of 30, it is not going to happen. Also there were some seriously bad looking parts in there such as the muzzle flashes.
