An Italian overclocking team [ThuG] has managed to surpass its previous record, by reaching an amazing 8000Mhz on an Intel Pentium 631.
| We reported a while back about how OC Team Italy had unpacked it golden Pentium 4 631 to throw some liquid nitrogen on it. With a non-modified ASUS P5B motherboard they managed to reach a whopping 7520MHz, but pointed out that the motherboard made it impossible to go any further. Now that they have once again mounted the copper pipe and made the necessary voltage modifications, the liquid nitrogen once again did its thing and made it possible for them to finally reach 8000MHz! |

Grats on the purchase man. Freezer Pro is easily the best performance/price cooler out there atm
Great purchase mate, AC Freezer Pro's are excellent performance wise, especially considering that they are very light on the wallet. Enjoy :)well i got a arctic freezer pro and im impressed.

perhaps its cause the thermal paste needed some time to settle in.

And it's a very light weight, non-intrusive heatsink :)

Im thinking of getting a new case aswell, cause the one i have now is about 5 years old and has 2 80mm fans making more noise than a jet engine and not extracting much air. I would have changed it for a bigger fan, but the case only has vents big enough for 80 mm
