Scythe Release Slip Stream 120mm Case Fans
"Scythe releases its original 120mm case fan"
Published: 16th November 2007 | Source: Scythe-EU |
Scythe Co., Ltd announces its original 120mm case fan, “Slip Stream 120mm Case Fan”. By seeking the better performance yet not to compromise in the noise level, this Scythe original “Slip Stream 120mm Case Fan” is finally developed by the Scythe engineer to allow the higher airflow by reducing the dimension of the center hub, and this result in the wider surface area of the fan blade. The fan speed is arranged for 5 different rpm (500/800/1200/1600/1900rpm) to meet the demand from wide variety of users in the market. From silent users to power users in the market, you got more choices and airflows no matter which model you choose from! Better airflow than a standard 120mm case fan available in the market, and this gives the obvious benefit to use this case fan!
Below graphs show a comparison of various fans including Scythe Slip Stream 120, Minebea, and Scythe S-FLEX fans:

Unfortunately, it's a bit too big to carr around: 15" is really the limit.
I can vouch for these laptops being absolutely insane, I have 1 myself to compliment my MacBook and it's such a great laptop you wouldn't need a PC as well as it.
