OCZ Technology Unveils the Vanquisher CPU Cooler
OCZ appear to be entering with cooling market aggressively with recent news of the HydroJet. Today OCZ announced the expansion of their cooling products with the addition of the Vanquisher, available for both Intel and AMD processors. Although the Vanquisher is small in stature OCZ claim it can dissipate 200w of heat.
“The performance of OCZ Vanquisher is not compromised due to its compact size,” states Jacky Huang, VP of Product Management, OCZ Technology. “Instead, it reduces the CPU temperature more effectively than many larger coolers in the market. As a bonus, its compact form factor allows it to fit in even most crowded environments and cases.”
A pure copper base with 6 copper heatpipes that are attached to aluminium fins draw the heat away from the CPU. The 92mm fan keeps the air flow up.
