No one gives a [IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG] about the 360 achievement system to my knowledge so I think, unless this is significantly better, it's a bit overhyped.

Edit: [IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG] is censored? :p

I think you will find people spend alot more time trying to get all those achievements then you first think.
I for one attemp it on my GFs 360. Just adds an extra level of gameplay.

Yeah, i think i read it will aslong as the game supports you playing your own songs. Quite looking forward to the Achievements ....sorry Trophies ( :p ) too, as thats pretty much the only thing that seperated ps3 and 360 for me

It always bothered me why they never had a full blown media player for the ps2.

The ps2 has loads of connectivity, and it would only really take a cd to install something.. and away u go. I know it played cdda, but the mass-hype at the time was media players, mp3s/wmv etc etc

(bet there is one now, but at the time I thought it ludicrous)
