DFI LanParty Cooler OEM Revealed

A few days ago, we learned that DFI was looking at marketing a massive CPU heatsink under their LanParty line name.  It has now been found who the manufacturer is.  Unlike previously believed, it is not Thermalright, but rather the relatively unknown Taiwanese manufacturer Prolimatech.  The cooler goes by the name Megahalems and is currently available for purchase in Europe for €59.90.

Will this new contender be able to stand up to the likes the TRUE or HDT coolers?

Yeah I think I'm going that way. Shame though, the deal would be superb.

Western Union is bad news, no point risking. Delete the Email and get on with other deals that are legit.

Yep Western Union is about as unsafe as it gets. You might as well just bung $700 in an envelope and send it to a random address in Nigeria.

403 forbidden, but your message is clear.

Will delete the email, this wholesaler might be reported to alibaba as it has seemed to have gotten my email from there.

This is most definitely a scam, the whole format is pretty standard. A google for the first line of the procedures gives THESE results, you will notice that most of these are about scams.

TNT are only a shipping service, they do not offer escrow services. If they did, they would not use western union to collect the money. Western union money transfers can be picked up anywhere, and if you bribe the clerk, by anyone. You can usually check the senders location by searching the header from his emails. Speaking of which, is he using a free webmail service? I expect he is. PM me if you want any help with the headers.

Please don't carry on any conversation with this scammer or send him any of your details, if you have sent any, please post which ones you have sent eg:bank details, ID cards etc.

He's got nothing but my name, with which he will not be able to do anything. Permanently deleted the email.

Life rule #1

If it sounds too good to be true, it is. If you have to ask if it's legit, it isn't.

Hmm good point right there.

I'm just glad I posted in on here :) I probably wouldn't have gotten a reply anyway, but this has prevented me from doing anything stupid. Thanks all for the fast advice.
