German cooling apparatus maker Alpenfohn today presented its new compact sized CPU cooler – “Sella”. According to the manufacturer, the cooler offers “a perfect compromise between variable applications and excellent cooling performance.”
Heatpipe Direct Contact (HDC) Technology, the award-winning cooling platform that has been used in the Sella allows the cooler to provide exceptional cooling. HDC-Technology is unique design in which heat dissipation is achieved by transferring the heat directly via heatpipes to the aluminum fins. This makes for ultra-high thermal performance even at compact sizes.
In addition to HDC, the Sella CPU cooler has been provided with a super silent 92mm PWM fan that runs at speeds of 900 rpm to 2200 rpm. Alpehfohn has given users the option to choose between Silence and Power Modes depending on the noise and their personal performance preferences.
Sella also comes with an entirely “Tool free” mounting system that makes for an extra mounting by maximizing contact pressure. Alpenfohn has designed the cooler in such a manner that it can easily fit into the back panel of the case for both Intel and AMD systems.
The Sella CPU Cooler is expected to reach retailers by the end of December and will go on sale at a recommended price of €19.90.

***EDIT*** just for your info the only reason toms budget pc is awesome for the price....1. coz its intel.... 2. coz its overclocked ..... 3. mushkin ram..... 4.pre-built and 5. its cheap! so if you wanna make a build like toms BUT amd then you would be better off buying one of their amd bundles and spending more money.... personally i have nothing wrong with amd just think intel give a better bang for their buck! im actually thinking of getting that bundle when i next get paid...

yer I watched toms build before I made this post I would go for it but I dont think its much of an upgrade thats why im looking at higher range parts at the moment, think im deffinetly going to get the Sabertooth Motherboard as it will last me a good 2-3years and will work my way up from their prob with an i5 and a HD5870

If only, over here that would be about £8-900ish.
You could just buy an AMD overclocked bundle such as this one http://www.aria.co.uk/Systems/Bundles/Gaming+Bundles/Gladiator+X6+1055T+Pre-Built+Overclocked+Bundle+?productId=42415 and add on a 460 or a 6870
With a HX650 and that bundle is £430
460 direct cu is + £110
6870 is + £200
