The image above is a mock up of a supposed iPhone that will be produced in short supply. Allegedly they will be given out in gift bags at the Oscars this year and to Formula 1 drivers. With a name like "Carbon Electra X Apple iPhone" it sounds like it may be a bit awesome. This iPhone will have a carbon fiber outer casing and be packaged with every M.O.P. song ever produced, along with every episode of Mythbusters, and Rosario Dawson's cell number. Along with these goodies, a special bit of software will come on the phone that is programmed to allow the phone to be used on any commercial airliner. Plus, it will have 12GB of space as compared to the regular 8GB max. Just to ruin all your hopes of Carbon Electra glory, there will only be an estimated 200 of the units produced. The Carbon Electra will have a retail price of $700.00 but don't worry, you won't be able to get one either way. Also, 11% of the money earned will go toward the TonTon Preservation Fund.

Well, in the boardom of not being able too play css. I started working on a mounting bracket for my SS. Looking about the materials shed Ive got a few possible things to use. So, which do you guys think would be best?
I dont know exactly what the bracket is for, but if its close to something COLD metal is better.
Metal is one of the better, Plexi's a no no itll crack, aluminum will bend overtime with the pressure and thermal cycling, steel is good. The best though is Acetal/Delrin. Thats what I use and many others as well. PCV is also a good material if youve got milling stuffs.
Delrin FTW :)
It scratches really easy though :(. Milled delrin does. Molded isnt too bad.

Scratches? Whats so bad about that? If you want to stare at a mount and say how beautiful it is, PM SSilencer on XS and drop $200 on a clear milled mount.
have a look on ebay ham,i spotted some 2mm&3mm sheets of delrin on there:)
hope that helps.
