The Guardian’s Classroom Innovation hub went online in May of this year to promote innovation in ICT in the classroom. In partnership with ASUS, the hub provides a platform for the discusion and exploration of technology usage in teaching and learning. As part of the promotion, ASUS and The Guardian Classroom Innovation hub have today opened a new competition for Classroom Innovation Awards.

The awards are an opportunity for teachers to showcase and share their ideas and thoughts about how they can innovate teaching in and outside the classroom through the use of technology. The first entries into the competition have already gone live and more entries are coming in by the hour.

Participation in the Classroom Innovation Awards is simple - all teachers need to do is create a short, three minute video that shows off their innovative use of technology at their school in teaching and learning. The video should then be uploaded to the Classroom Innovation hub before the 11th of December 2010.

The awards are divided into two categories - primary schools and secondary schools with the winner in each category taking away a prize of £7,500 worth of ASUS computing kit. But that’s not all - every entry will be awarded. The incentive for entering the competition is an ASUS thank you pack of three computer cleaning kits, 10 memory sticks, and 40 Classroom innovation awards badges.

Once entries are closed, an online poll between 11 December 2010 and 07 January 2011 will invite readers to choose the most innovative and thought provoking ideas. Six schools with the highest votes will be selected to present their entries at the ASUS stand at BETT 2011 - the international technology in education show to be held at London Olympia between 12 and 15 January 2011.

The final winners for both categories will be selected by a poll of BETT Show visitors, with the winners taking about the prizes mentioned above. Check out www.guardian.co.uk/classroom-innovation to register your entry and to check out the other entries in the competition.

One pair of matched XFX Radeon 5770s. Double lifetime guarantee (I have reciepts for both so the warranty is transferable to the second owner)

Boxed as new and I will try to find the accessories (tho the driver disk is a waste of time). I will provide a Crossfire bridge if you decide to buy the pair though.

£75 each inc or £145 the pair inc.

I'm not really open to offers on these I'm afraid as I have dropped the price as low as I am prepared to. If you think it's too high then hey, I guess I can't help that.

Cheers.

Payment will need to be a bank transfer as I can't use Paypal nor do I wish to lose money.
