Corsair 760T First Look

Exclusive look at Corsair's latest case

Corsair 760T First Look

Introduction

We first saw this case back in January at CES. Now we have a unit in hand, so we're able to give you a better look around the case. We can't go into detail about any of the features as it's still under NDA, but you should be able to make your mind up about a few things from the pictures, and the review will follow as soon as possible.

TTL gives you an excited quick first look around the new 760T:

Although we aren't allowed to give you any direct specifications, you should be able to see yourself from the pictures what kind of hardware this is capable of supporting. We can say that we do love the look of the 760T, and Corsair have added yet another outstanding product to their Graphite range.

Thanks to Corsair for letting us give you an exclusive look at the 760T. You can discuss your thoughts on the OC3D Forums.

This and the H440 are the only cases I have liked in a long time. Ones that I would actually buy anyway.Quote

i feel kinda split about the case. the front isn't all that great, i'd appreciate it if the 5.25" slots were gone, but i know why they aren't.
however i do love that the inside is black while the outside is white, white motherboard trays look like a fridge on the inside.
too bad the top and the bottom are white on the inside.

north and south pole thingies all the way mate.Quote

This has potential. Still not entirely sure about the looks. Still looks like a modded case to me :l.Quote

Personal preference, I like my cases looking like the monolith from 2001 :/ Also not sure about the front, looks like they forgot to send the front panel.

Fricking hilarious by the way.Quote

Looks very nice. I really want to see Tom's review. I have an H440 in Red on backorder and IDK if I might change me mind, we see. Tom's not trying to say "too much" is hilarious!!!Quote

I like how they used magnets for the top panel rather than the stupid clip things like they had on the 550D. Also, XL-ATX, OH BABY I LIKE ITQuote

@Corsair

Please please, pretty PLEAAASSSE, make an 860t. Make it a bit taller, so you can fit 60mm with push/pull in the top, and skip the front bays, (if you insist in keeping them, at least make them so they look like the rest of the front, so they don't stand out as much, and you can draw air in through them).Quote

750d internals, great
Looks fantastic.
Except for that cheap as hell front panel...Quote

I'm really looking forward to the review of this, but I have to agree it's a shame about the front panel otherwise I'd buy it straight away. If they did something with the drive bays like with the 750d it would be great, but the one with the flap, why Corsair, why!!Quote

Very similar looking layout to the 750D, if it is the same but with a different exterior then it is no bad thing. Really like the looks of this in white, one of the few white cases I like, likes of the switch 810 is just a bit too much white whereas here it works well as accents.

Terrible front panel though, just doesn't look like it fits in with the design

P.S. Thanks for the chuckle TTL, much appreciated after rough days at work Quote

The front is a bit iffy but on the whole it looks awesome.
My Shinobi is now looking rather worried with it's plain appearance and it's distinct lack of "fingery pokery things".Quote

Too bad it was not released last month, I may have picked this over the 900D.

I just wish they would have revised the hd mounts for a little more vibration dampening. They seam a little flimsy.Quote

That's one one of your funniest vids Tom. I LOLed the entire way through. This case looks geared to take on the NZXT H440.Quote

Looks like a lovely case, a great step in right direction compared with former models of the Graphite series we seen. Very nice

This case plays in a higher division with no doops.
Would be fun having it Quote

Nice case. It'd be a damn shame if someone were to take some photos when a ruler was in frame.

Especially a 12" ruler perpendicular to those nine bolt thingies. And maybe a 360mm ruler up the front - in case someone wanted to put three sets of those rubbery thingies with the 15mm spacings in front AND on top...

Great vid! Thanks very much!

It's funny to me that they even have an NDA on this when they showed it off at CES on video, talked about every feature, showed it from every angle, had a post on their site about it the day they showed it off with a spec list.

We know everything about it already. And the AX1500 too.Quote

If Corsair was going to be ed, they wouldn't have sent Tom the case. Stuff like this never happens by accident.Quote
