Seeing as we had been showing the Collosus off all weekend at i40 I twisted BitFenix's arm to let me give you all a sneaky peak at whats to come after the NDA is lifted.

Good work Tom, they look awesome in the dark don't they? Certainly an exciting development in the case world, the only other interesting cases I've seen recently were Antec's range, which are even more love/hate than the colossus. I have to say I prefer the BitFenix case, it's original and almost a work of art, kudos to them. Glad we don't have more 'clones' of other cases to look at.Quote

Also.. That looks like changable zoned lighting to me. Which does not come cheap. At last look a single RGB LED was about £4. And I shudder to think how many are in there.Quote

10/10. I'm just glad I finished my glass of Cola before I read that or my monitor would have been spattered with it Quote

Tbh when I first saw these cases I thought they looked ridicules (something for kids) but when I saw them in the dark I immediately changed my mind they looked really amazing so fabulous idea from tom and I'm really looking forward to the full review and how these cases can cope with high temperatures and how good the airflow is inside.

Said it on the youtube vid comments... Black and red reminds me of Battlestar Galactica. Should be the white and red but there ya go.Quote

Loving the blue, think it looks great. Would love to have a peek inside too XD

It's nice that you can change colour, so when you want to sleep and it's still on you can change it to red so it doesn't light up the whole room!Quote

I wouldn't even know if it wasn't for visiting a forum full of brainiacs. Whenever I do it (and I do it a lot) they come down super hard

hahaha.Quote

My first impressions of these in the flesh were not grand, but living next to one for 3 days and they quickly became "keepers".

So much so that against all plans we have just listed them for pre-order at CCL.

Looks alone will make these sell, if under testing they get the thumbs up then these might become the number 1 outside choice for a gaming PC.Quote

I can see the unique looks of this case being something that a pre-built 'gaming pc' company might want to adopt as their own by building most of their rigs inside them. Especialyl as they're quite nondescript. Plenty of ways to brand them up.Quote
